The osteoarthritis of cervical column is an entity that is presented relatively frequent in women that arrive to the 50 years and more, it is cause of important pain as well as of functional discapacity for what affects the perception of the quality of life related with the health of the patients that you/they suffer it. Multiple they are the causes that can accelerate their appearance and their evolution, impacting in the later course of the manifestations that you/they accompany him. In this work a case of a 48 year-old feminine patient is presented with severe degenerative changes in the cervical column, non chords with its biological age.
