Introduction:

Nutritional status disorders due to excess constitute one of the main health problems worldwide. University students constitute a vulnerable group to the appearance of nutritional disorders since they are exposed to different situations and socioeconomic, cultural and political factors among others that threaten an adequate nutritional regimen. In this sense, it is necessary to maintain adequate eating practices to minimize the risk of the appearance of nutritional disorders due to excess.
