The maladaptation corresponds to the inability of a person to a situation or a thing to another, in the present study refers to the resistance to change influences the motivation of the use of virtual platforms in this case study EducarEcuador platform, a platform educational program developed by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education and Culture. In the same way, they receive the collaboration of companies and public and private institutions that offer services for students, teachers, educational authorities, parents and the community in general that are part of the fiscal education system, in particular, fiscomisional or municipal, they facilitate the follow-up and the control of educational management that contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality of education, through the implementation of virtual services such as: school control management, medication management, citizen procedures, for the magnitude of benefits of the platform and the waste that exists on the part of the teachers has been carried out a descriptive study with the technique of the survey to a sample of 132 teachers who work in the Educational Unit Santo Domingo de los Colorados in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, where they were asked about the use and management of the platform, where the results showed that 74% know the complete unification of the platform, while 26% do not know, in addition, that the criterion of how was the experience in the use of the platform had a satisfactory result in more than half of cases and an average of 20% in a slightly and moderately satisfactory way, concluding that the training and development of the platform management must be designed with the force for the complete management with a focus of motivation that breaks this resistence.
