Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become one of the basic pillars of society and today it is necessary to provide citizens with an education that has this reality in mind. Their educational possibilities have to be considered in two aspects: their knowledge and their use. Thus, in the formation of the Cuban psycho-pedagogue, a priority is the insertion, as a teaching medium, of Educational Technology where the computer, video, television and others converge.
