Participation is an indispensable element that makes possible to test and to develop human capacities and structures from the community to produce culture, peace and knowledge. This way it becomes an element that allows a real endogenous development, from this perspective it is proposed in the article to strengthen the educational process from the triad family-school-community, through the committed participation of a didactic and intersectoral character of the social actors. The realization of this idea is based on the articulation between the socio-educational needs of the community, the nature of the community work that the school must carry out, its personal and professional needs / potentialities for the performance of its functions and tasks. It means the value of the school as a driving force as well as the responsibility of the family in the education of their children.
