Training plans have a significant importance in the administrative management of administrative staff and workers, this effect is measured in relation to the knowledge that administrative staff and workers acquire as they demand training and attend courses that are taught. The inadequate training of administrative staff and workers of the employees of the different agencies and workers of the Technical University of Ambato, being disoriented and with knowledge of their outdated activities, determine the appearance of harmful aspects to the work environment (interpersonal conflicts, stress, unproductiveness) that play a negative role at the time of the normal development of their activities, both generic and specific. The ignorance of the activities to be carried out in the workplace is the result of poor training and inefficient induction to the job by qualified personnel in charge of such activity. The information presented as a population in this study is all the administrative staff and workers of the Technical University of Ambato, who are the ones to whom the courses are directed.
