The formation project of Oil Auxiliaries’ of Labors, with an experience of seven years contributes notable benefits due to the quantity of graduates and their acceptance in the industry. In this work an analysis of the strategy of formation of the Cuban oil worker comes true, it sets an enlargement of the same one departing from this analysis, and appreciate the results obtained in the formation of Oil auxiliaries’ of Labors, as quarry to substitute foreign laborers and to enrich the Human Capital of Union Cuba Petroleum, as well as of the cost-reducing and social contribution of the project for the country and the territory in concordance with the principal points of the cost-reducing and social politics of the Communist Party of Cuba, it takes place to findings and they do recommendations led to strengthen for the development.
