The present investigation approaches the control of the tactical preparation of the bases players in the sport of Basketball of the category 13 - 15 years, because these athletes are the organizers of the team, and to which we should have a great attention to the tactical component, paying the problem of when to carry out a suitable action in function of the situation that outlines the game, for that, the trainer should know through the application of different instruments, the possible answer that the athletes give to the different situations that are presented in the game. The application of the practical tests was developed in the E.I.D.E. (School of Sport Initiation) Héctor Ruíz of Villa Clara for trainers and students of fifth year of the career Physical Culture, as investigative work for the culmination of the subject Sport III Basketball. By means of the consultation of the literature referred to the topic of the investigation and that literature, necessary to travel the scientific road and the elaboration of the report, the analysis of documents, the author's investigative experiences, the use of methods of the theoretical, statistical and mathematical level, of the empiric level and techniques that allowed the treatment of the study object; we could also verify the lack of tests for the control of the tactical preparation of the bases players that reflect the situations that should be solve in a game. It is for the above-mentioned that we proceed to design this work, that was validated, following the approaches of quality that proposes the sport metrology.
