Para lograr los objetivos y metas de una entidad, ya sea privada o estatal, así como aprovechar óptimamente los recursos de que disponen, se requiere conocer como planificar y sistematizar sus actividades. Es aquí donde la función de elaborar programas de capacitación adquiere mayor importancia. El programa de capacitación en aspectos económicos financieros para el personal en el complejo turístico Shuar Tsuer Entsa es un trabajo que tiene como antecedentes investigaciones que indican cómo han abordado el tema diferentes autores. En este caso se asumió el programa de capacitación para trabajadores que no son económicos, pero que necesitan estos conocimientos, por lo que la investigación ofrece una metodología y un programa para concebir el aprendizaje de estos aspectos y se empleó el método experimental para comprobar la efectividad en la práctica. Mediante esta investigación se vincula la Universidad Metropolitana de Ecuador con el Complejo Turístico Shuar Tsuer Entsa.

To achieve the objectives and goals of an entity, whether private or state, as well as optimally use the resources available, it is needed to know how to plan and systematize the activities. This is where the function of developing training programs becomes more important. The training program in economic financial aspects for the personnel in the Shuar Tsuer Entsa touristic complex is a work that has as a background research that indicates how different authors have approached the topic. In this case, the training program was assumed for workers who are not economical, but who need this knowledge, so the research offers a methodology and a program to conceive the learning of these aspects and the experimental method was used to verify the effectiveness in practice. Through this research, the Metropolitan University of Ecuador is linked to the Shuar Tsuer Entsa Touristic Complex.
