In the introduction of the Analytical Functions programs of the Higher Institute of Education Sciences in the Republic of Angola, the issue of Complex Numbers is taught, which as a tendency presents two difficulties for the students' learning, in one hand, the little relation established in the class between the algebraic calculation and the graphical representation of the results and, on the other hand, the difficulties in the calculation of powers and roots of complex numbers through the use of the trigonometric form. In this work the authors propose to develop and apply the possibilities offered by Geogebra as an alternative solution to the posed problems.
