This article is the result of one of the tasks of investigation of the project: The inclusive education in Cienfuegos. Challenges and perspectives from the Curricular Improvement". It is an answer to the demands of studies on the improvement of the curriculum for nursery education in Cuba. It has as objective to contribute with the permanent preparation of the professionals of this level for the implementation of the curricular improvement, for what was designed from the course 2015-2016 a preparation system in the dimensions Communication, Relationship with the Environment and the treatment to the ludic focus in the whole educational process. On purpose it was carried out a study of the antecedents of the Graduate's permanent formation in pre-school education, the necessities of these professionals' preparation were determined by means of the employment of theoretical and empiric methods that allowed the valuation of the initial state of the problem, the elaboration and foundation of the formation courses. The results are validated by specialists' approach, process in which was high coincidence among the proposed topics and the organizational forms selected to satisfy the necessities of preparation of the educational ones understood in the sample. The short term impact is measured starting from the application of the surveys of satisfaction and it is contributed in a practical way with this professional's preparation to implement for the first time the curriculum in improvement.
