La universidad inclusiva afronta y responde a la diversidad de las necesidades de todos los estudiantes con mayor participación en el aprendizaje y basados en una visión común y la convicción de que es responsabilidad del sistema educativo. La formación de valores en las universidades inclusivas ha cobrado en los últimos tiempos un marcado interés, en consonancia con la sistemática profundización en la labor docente-educativa que se desarrolla en este nivel de enseñanza en el Ecuador. En la investigación se elaboró un modelo educativo para la formación de valores mediante con un enfoque inclusivo y humanista para favorecer el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes. Para lograr este propósito los investigadores articularon la metodología de la investigación científica mediante los enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos. Utilizando para ellos los métodos y técnicas del nivel teórico y empírico. El aporte radica en un modelo educativo para la formación de valores dirigido a los estudiantes universitarios. Este modelo se basa en un enfoque humanista e inclusivo, con la consideración del contexto estatal, institucional y las políticas de la Educación Superior en el Ecuador.

The inclusive university faces and responds to the diversity of the needs of all students with greater participation in learning and based on a common vision and the conviction that it is the responsibility of the educational system. The formation of values in inclusive universities has recently gained a marked interest, in line with the systematic deepening of the teaching-educational work that is carried out at this level of education in Ecuador. In the research an educational model for the formation of values ​​was elaborated through an inclusive and humanistic approach to favor the integral development of the students. To achieve this purpose, researchers articulated the methodology of scientific research through qualitative and quantitative approaches. Using for them the methods and techniques of the theoretical and empirical level. The contribution lies in an educational model for the formation of values ​​aimed at university students. This model is based on a humanistic and inclusive approach, with consideration of the state, institutional context and policies of Higher Education in Ecuador.
