El primer subsistema de Educación en Cuba responde a la atención de los niños de cero a seis años de edad y expresa como objetivo lograr el máximo desarrollo integral posible de todos y cada uno de ellos, para que esto resulte se necesitan educadores inclusivos que cuenten con las herramientas necesarias para lograr una comunicación eficaz con cada uno de sus educandos, atendiendo a las particularidades, potencialidades y carencias con el fin de satisfacer las crecientes necesidades educativas que se tornan cada vez más diversas. En este artículo se reflexiona sobre algunas de las habilidades comunicativas necesarias que deben poseer los docentes de la infancia temprana para responder a la calidad de la educación con prácticas pedagógicas cada vez más inclusivas y satisfacer las necesidades de los niños, justamente cuando tiene lugar el periodo sensitivo del lenguaje, una de las adquisiciones fundamentales de la etapa, para lo que resulta decisiva la influencia del adulto.

The first subsystem of Education in Cuba responds to the attention of children from zero to six years of age and expresses the objective of achieving the maximum possible integral development of each and every one of them, so that this results in the need for inclusive educators who have the necessary tools to achieve effective communication with each of their students, taking into account the particularities, potentialities and shortcomings in order to meet the growing educational needs that are becoming increasingly diverse. This article reflects on some of the necessary communicative skills that early childhood teachers need to respond to the quality of education with increasingly inclusive pedagogical practices and to meet the needs of children, just when the period of sensitive language, one of the fundamental acquisitions of the stage, for which the influence of the adult is decisive.
