Man is a social being, dependent on other people and on which other subjects depend, therefore, if the ultimate goal of education is to build an open, democratic and participatory society, we will have to train future citizens in the acceptance of themselves and others, respect for difference, individual responsibility, participation in tasks from the community, effective communication that strengthen relationships and production. In relation with the above, a study is presented on the historical development of the Personal Software Process from the Computer Projects subject, in the students who are trained as technicians in the specialty of Computer Science.
