GONZALES LLONTOP, Rosa  and  OTERO GONZALES, Carlos Alberto. Pedagogical tutor- student relationship: Key factor to promote research skills. Conrado [online]. 2019, vol.15, n.70, pp.48-52.  Epub Dec 02, 2019. ISSN 2519-7320.

The article presents the results of an investigation on the relationship of research skills and interactions between the tutor and graduate student. In this context, the close relationship and scientific research is consolidated as a consubstantial element of the work of master's studies. The bibliographic review and the documentary analysis determined that it is necessary to establish pedagogical and didactic criteria that guide the tutor-student relationship taking pedagogy as a guide in research training, as well as didactics as the strategies that support this relationship. It was framed within the methodology of holistic understanding of research. For the diagnosis, the teachers were interviewed, which allowed to describe the problems on the tutoring, the literature review and the documentary analysis. For this, theoretical analysis categories were constructed. It is stated that by linking the tutorial sessions and knowledge, research training is possible. The results obtained demonstrate that, in the postgraduate course, the research activity constitutes a fundamental pedagogical activity. Also, the relationship of the tutor and graduate student is one of the essential components of the training of the master's degree to develop research skills.
