This work had its background in MES surveys where the level of student satisfaction was assessed, Balance Reports on the fulfillment of the Objectives, Integrated Assessment of Students, Evaluation of the performance of teachers, workers and cadres, Educational Strategies of Careers and Years and results of other studies for these purposes, such as the accreditation process of the University. The Educational Strategy was selected because it constitutes the instrument of institutional work that the career coordinators, main professors of the academic year and the students have to develop the educational and political ideological work. Some theoretical considerations are offered on this work, the dimensions and indicators are assumed to diagnose the sociopolitical work and the most significant results are offered that allow the strengthening of the communication and improvement of the interpersonal relationships, the increase of the social and ideo -political conscience of students and teachers and their commitment to the society and the university.
