Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between collaborative work and work performance in personnel working at the National University of Cañete. For this purpose, an investigation of applied type, correlational level, and transversal correlational design has been carried out. The survey technique has been used and as instruments, the questionnaires to determine the levels of relationship among the study variables. The study sample consisted of 130 workers among teachers and administrators of the National University of Cañete. Statistically, the level of collaborative work in the university is good (60%), and the work performance was favorable (80%). As a result of this research, it has been found that there is a weak direct relationship (rho = 0.899 and p-value: 0.000 <0.010) between collaborative work and work performance in personnel working at the National University of Cañete.
