The teaching of mathematics implies a solid disciplinary basis, but also a pedagogical training, which is based on teacher training and the process of systematic professionalization in the exercise of their teaching practice. Various investigations identify the Didactic Knowledge of the Content, as a central element that can properly represent the set of basic knowledge as a support for how to teach to learn. In this work, we propose the validation of a questionnaire to characterize the Didactic Knowledge of the Content, based on the conceptions of the teachers themselves. We use a mixed methodology, and a closed type questionnaire with a Likert scale was obtained, which can be useful to inquire about teacher self-perception about various aspects of their professional performance, particularly in relation to the Didactic Knowledge of the Content, for teaching a topic of mathematics in particular.
