The training of middle-level primary teachers requires a system of educational influences that stimulate interests, motivations and ways of acting based on a social learning relevant for a lifetime. The analysis of this topic focused the interest of the authors and the objective of research was to identify the social learning acquired in groups of teachers in training of the pedagogical school of Cienfuegos and consequently leave open the possible alternatives for pedagogical intervention. The research, due to its exploratory nature, uses empirical methods and techniques of a qualitative nature and the reflections that served as a framework emerge from the author's positions regarding the positions that underlie the research project: The relationship between school, family, community in the stimulation of social learning of children, adolescents and young people.
