In the humanity's social historical development, the education and the culture they maintain very narrow bonds, starting from a common nucleus: the man. They are tributary one of the other one, they take the stamp of each time, marked by a certain social economic formation. At the present time the universities face the great challenge of enlarging their answer capacity to the social demands, to the growing demands that the professionals face in formation so that they reach to be inserted fully in the social processes. The superior education has the responsibility of forming professionals from a consequent attitude, in which should be able to preserve, to develop and to diffuse the culture in its wider sense; achieving the necessary balance from scientific and at the same time humanist positions, for what this formation process is more and more complex. In their constant improvement, it contributes to the integration from the university spaces to their environment, as element dinamizador of the development; from the process of the professionals' integral formation, what implies new focuses chords to the conditions and necessities of the current society.
