Mathematical culture is one of the most striking topics in the literature consulted, several are the literature consulted that refer, its formation is considered essential since the beginning of a professional future. An exploration of the educational reality was carried out with the objective of highlighting the need for formation of the mathematical culture, as the main objective of the degree in Education, Mathematics, to train it in the teaching-learning process of the specific disciplines of the curriculum.
