Inclusion is respect, social commitment, sacrifice, identity and love; accredited in an investigation conducted by the Faculty of Physical Culture of the University of Cienfuegos, based on the meaning of inclusive education through sport, with residents of the Pastorita community (guided by students and professors of the career) from an inclusive approach , recognizes and values individual differences and conceives them as a source of enrichment of professional quality. These differences become even more present, taking into account common educational needs. Its direction from the sporting activity, guarantees equal opportunities, is not an easy task, it implies transforming learning processes. Tai chi or Tai chi chuan, ancient Chinese tradition, today is practiced as an elegant form of exercise. It involves movements performed slowly, concentrated and accompanied by deep breathing, ensuring that the body is in constant motion. If you are looking for a way to reduce stress, consider Tai chi. Originally developed for self defense, evolving into an elegant form of exercise used to improve other health conditions. Often described as moving meditation, it promotes serenity through smooth and fluid movements.
