The research has been developed in order to achieve the objective of establishing the relationship between administrative management and human talent management by competencies at the Peruvian University Los Andes subsidiary Chanchamayo in 2019, for which the hypothesis was formulated there is a Direct and significant relationship between administrative management and human talent management by competition at the Peruvian University Los Andes subsidiary Chanchamayo in 2019. The research is of the basic type, correlational level, with a non-experimental design - transversal. The survey technique has been used and as instruments the questionnaires to establish the degree of correlation between both variables described. The sample was made up of 20 administrative workers from the Peruvian University Los Andes subsidiary Chanchamayo in 2019. The results obtained from the statistical analysis have found that there is a high positive correlation, with a p-value: 0.000 <0.010 between management administrative and human talent management by competition in administrative workers of the Peruvian University Los Andes subsidiary Chanchamayo in 2019.
