The objective of the research is to determine the teaching guidelines for a plan of formation of early-stage researchers from the experience of an initial test of qualitative approach. Held a focus group to 5 students who felt that face-to-face and accompanying phases design contributed to the design, execution and completion of the investigation. However, institutional aspects such as planning of education affected the development of the test. Therefore, the proposed educational guidelines are framed in the definition of the perspective, consideration of dimensions and basic conditions, and, strategies, resources and tools of the training plan. Considering the importance of the topic is necessary to deepen in this research.
