This is a review of scientific articles published in the last decade and in which nutrition indicators, health, mortality, investment, pollutants, among others are analyzed. The indicators have as common denominator the sustaining character of a good child development, such as the creation of situations for the execution of the game, a potentially preponderant condition for children. In the research process, links of the playful theme were identified, with the changing global environments of life that, as a whole, articulate evident institutional and family influences. The main material problems of existence continue to determine an important field of knowledge to improve the health and happiness of future generations. The article assesses the way in which recreational practices are manifested in the field of national customs and traditions, in countries such as Russia and Turkey. Its relations with the effects of globalization and its implications are very visible in the examples found during the investigation. Research continuity is advised, since the globalizing paradigm challenges the identity of the traditional game in the different regions, this reality should be studied in future research, to discern, to what extent, these relationships are structured and lead to a symbiotic result in favor of The health of children.
