Nowadays one of the principal problems of the learners is that they do not pronounce correctly the English language. In the present work it was fulfilled a proposal of exercises to improve the pronunciation of English in specialties like General Integral Medicine, General Integral Stomatology and Collaboration, One of the main problems at present from the learners is that they are on first semester, since the pronunciation constitutes a fundamental element in the communicative competition achieving more efficient and productive form in the English language knowledge. There were used to collect data theorist and empiric methods. The results of applied instruments and the diagnostic carried to elaborate a proposal of exercises constitute an important didactic tool at the service of the professors of English; they show them to develop a better pronunciation in students.
