Pre-professional training has been, in teachers’ professional development, an isolated event, and of little effect in their formative process. This article puts forth organizing pre-professional training as reflection spaces in order to promote learning outcomes that will structure the professional competences at the theoretical, practical and axiological level in the subjects being formed the configuration as scenario of training of primary school teachers in the Faculty of Education Sciences at Eloy Alfaro de Manabí University.
