The article entitled: The pedagogical practice with a prospective approach in the Party School System outlines the significance of the prospective approach in the preparation of political cadres in the current conditions. It is essential that the people they lead have a tool to anticipate the facts and conceive the future from the present to project new strategies and reach higher stages. However, a diagnosis of this issue, in some schools of the party system, showed that there is still insufficient preparation in this topic, not only of cadres, but of teachers, therefore, to transform the pedagogical practice under a better functioning of the society. It constitutes an element of cardinal importance, providing these subjects with cognitive, procedural and attitudinal components to provide a solution to contemporary problems. Therefore, the objective of this research is to reflect on the importance of pedagogical practice with a prospective focus on the Party School System.
