The main purpose of this research was seeking if succession planning operation will bond the likely relation between management decision making styles and organization structure in Kerman province Agricultural Jihad Organization as one of the strategic public organizations of the country. The study sample size consists of 461 people defined by stratified sampling among the Agricultural Jihad Organization staff and managers. A three section questionnaire designed based on the existing literature components titled for management decision making styles, organizational structure and succession planning based on Likert scale. After distribution and collection of the questionnaires structural equation modelling used to analyze. The measurement run in two parts. First to confirm the accuracy of data and sampling; KMO method and Bartlett’s test of sphericity conducted. Content and construct validity measured through appropriate methods. Second to evaluate the relation between the variables and to confirm the study hypotheses, path coefficient was applied. The results revealed meaningful positive relations between each decision making styles and organizational structure which became stronger and more effective when a strategic succession planning in action mediates their relation confirming the assumption that operating the succession planning can toughen the relation in Agricultural Jihad organization.
