One of the elements to be promoted to help develop reading comprehension is to The article analyzes reading comprehension as one of the elements that provides students with tools for life such as: speaking, reading, writing and understanding the world, particularly from educational institutions to achieve that students acquire life-long learning and pertinent to each society where they operate. The deficiencies that exist in many educational contexts demonstrate the need for students to enhance important aspects of their personality, such as emotional, cognitive and social development, bearing in mind their particular characteristics, interests and training needs. Reading comprehension favors creating new ways of life, understanding problems and solving them from different points of view, based on teaching tasks that make this aspiration possible.
