ABSTRACT Aging is a universal process that affects all people, it constitutes a complex vital transit, full of contradictions and paradoxes, because, together with diseases, health deterioration is reached and it constitutes a risk that sooner or later bursts even Give way to death. However, the progress of science has shown that one can age with good physical and / or mental state, postponing the critical period and becoming successful in personal and social life. One of the resources to achieve these objectives is the practice of physical activity, which must be implemented according to certain conditions.
