The article has revision focus and it obeys the social necessity of elevating the quality of the formative process university student in the Ecuadorian context. Its objective is to make a reflexion about the social necessity of the professors´pedagogical preparation from a developmental perspective that allows to elevate the quality of the students´ learning from the Companies Administration Major in the State Technical University of Quevedo. The social impact will be evidenced in the transformation of the profesors´ pedagogic acting , as a direct result of the setting in practice of innovatives proposals for its pedagogic preparation from a developmental perspective to elevate the quality of the learning so the professional formation of its students, with what that social demand will be satisfied, as well as the expectations of the society with regard to the acting and ways of professional performance of the graduated of the major, what will facilitate to corroborate the relevancy of the professional's pattern and the quality of the learning received in the Academy.
