Se pretende llamar la atención de los directivos, accionistas y dueños de este consorcio educativo, acerca de la importancia de contar con estudiantes de pregrado que practiquen estilos de vida saludables que vayan de la mano con su vida académica. El objetivo es determinar el nivel de estilos de vida saludables (por escuela profesional). Se empleó una metodología descriptiva, no experimental de corte transversal, cuya técnica de exploración utilizada para recolectar datos fue el cuestionario que consta de un total de 48 preguntas dirigidas a los estudiantes que estudian bajo la modalidad de pregrado equivalente a 330 personas. Para obtener los resultados se aplicó un cuestionario de perfil de estilos de vida PEPS-1 (modelo teórico de Nola Pender) a un total de 330 alumnos repartidos equitativamente entre las 5 escuelas profesionales que componen la facultad de ciencias empresariales; con las datas procesadas en Spss se obtuvieron los siguientes hallazgos: en su mayoría los estudiantes presentan un nivel mediano de cuidado en cuanto a sus hábitos de nutrición , solo presentan un nivel mediano y apenas el 1,5% un nivel alto siendo las escuelas de Administración y Turismo quienes globalmente manifiestan mejores estilos de vida.

It is intended to draw the attention of the directors, shareholders and owners of this educational consortium, about the importance of having undergraduate students who practice healthy lifestyles that go hand in hand with their academic life. The objective is to determine the level of healthy lifestyles (by professional school). A descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional methodology was used, whose exploration technique used to collect data was the questionnaire consisting of a total of 48 questions addressed to students studying under the undergraduate modality equivalent to 330 people. To obtain the results, a PEPS-1 lifestyle profile questionnaire (Nola Pender's theoretical model) was applied to a total of 330 students equally distributed among the 5 professional schools that make up the business science faculty; With the data processed in Spss the following findings were obtained: most of the students present a medium level of care regarding their nutrition habits, they only present a medium level and only 1.5% a high level, being the schools of Administration and Tourism who globally manifest better lifestyles.
