MOGOLLON GARCIA, Francisco Segundo; BECERRA ROJAS, Linda Diana  y  ADOLFO ANCAJIMA MAURIOLA, Julio Sergio. Healthy lifestyles in undergraduate students. Conrado [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.75, pp.69-75.  Epub 02-Ago-2020. ISSN 2519-7320.

It is intended to draw the attention of the directors, shareholders and owners of this educational consortium, about the importance of having undergraduate students who practice healthy lifestyles that go hand in hand with their academic life. The objective is to determine the level of healthy lifestyles (by professional school). A descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional methodology was used, whose exploration technique used to collect data was the questionnaire consisting of a total of 48 questions addressed to students studying under the undergraduate modality equivalent to 330 people. To obtain the results, a PEPS-1 lifestyle profile questionnaire (Nola Pender's theoretical model) was applied to a total of 330 students equally distributed among the 5 professional schools that make up the business science faculty; With the data processed in Spss the following findings were obtained: most of the students present a medium level of care regarding their nutrition habits, they only present a medium level and only 1.5% a high level, being the schools of Administration and Tourism who globally manifest better lifestyles.

Palabras clave : Lifestyles; health; self-realization.
