This research is focused on management analysis carried out at the "24 de Mayo" Technical Tax College in the city of Quevedo, with the study of the insertion of information technologies (IT). The aim was to verify the causes and effects that weaken the practical knowledge of IT in students of the "24 de Mayo" Technical Tax College in Quevedo, with the design of qualitative and quantitative research, using instruments: surveys, observation and analysis of documents. Achieving a proposal for a pedagogical management model for the application of IT since the institution does not have a project that gives a framework, goals, and guidance in the development of IT practice in the educational community.
