Resumen

CALDERON VILLA, Robeisy  y  TEJERA CONCEPCION, Juan Francisco. The bronchial asthma, an approach to this look in Cuba. Conrado [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.76, pp.15-23.  Epub 02-Oct-2020. ISSN 2519-7320.

The present investigation has as objective to base the main conceptualizations related with the bronchial asthma. The asthma produces recurrent episodes of cough, sibilance’s, thoracic oppression and breathing difficulty. The asthma attacks can put in danger the life, but they can be prevented. The attacks (or exacerbations) of asthma they are episodic, but the inflammation of the breathing roads is present in chronicle form. The factors associated with the asthma risk can be divided in those that cause the development of the asthma (the guest's called factors, primarily genetic) and those that unchain the symptoms (usually environmental factors). It is necessary to take in to account that the mechanisms through which these factors affect the development and manifestation of the asthma are complex and interaction to each other. The consideration of the environmental factors is particularly significant in the handling of the asthma, because they constitute the factors on which the patient exercises more control. If it is had the appropriate information and the training in strategies to avoid the exhibition to certain factors and to manage the practice of physical activity and the emotional processes appropriately, more probabilities will exist of achieving an effective control of the asthma. These aspects will be recaptured later on.
