The current moment in education is redirected to raising quality standards and for this, it is necessary that the linked entities have an organizational environment and an adjusted service leadership, where labor satisfaction is one of the essential items for this quality to be achieved. Theoretical proposals on organizational environment and leadership are reviewed to measure quality standards in a rural educational institution located in Peru, supported by the quantitative method and a non-experimental investigation of an explanatory cross-sectional design, where the sample taken were teachers, administrative personnel and services of the institution to which a Weiss satisfaction questionnaire is applied; as well as the SL-28 leadership scale in its short version. As a result, it is obtained that the multiple regression shows that together the organizational environment and the servant leadership predict satisfaction with a significance of Sig. <0.000. An individualized analysis of the variables, within this set, shows that the labor environment is the one that contributes the most to this result.
