This paper had as subject an experience teaching sociology of law and the satisfaction of participants in the period 2018-2020. The goal was to value satisfaction level among students with academic results and the professor actions. At Latin American context most of the teaching processes are traditional, bringing obsolete practices with memory learning, unfolding colonial thought, without critical approach. This experience focuses to change the way of learning. Methodologically, an explanatory research has been developed combining an active intervention along the process of the teaching. The three essential axes of the pedagogic scientific experience have been centered in the handling of the practical-theory, the work with sources of scientific information, and the use of two software to display the scientific methods. Observations, informal interviews and anthropological perspective were applied. Finally, a questionnaire applied to 134 students of 182 who took part in three courses, showed favorable results. The factorial analysis applied verifies the value of the relationship practice - theory and the scientific method applied as alternative to subvert obsolete practices in the processes of the teaching - learning.
