The objective of the article is to determine the relationship between the organizational environment and the management of health services of the nursing professionals at Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital, Pasco. For this, an organizational environment questionnaire and another that measured health service management was applied. The results show that 53% of nurses develop an unfavorable organizational environment, of which 38% present regular management of health services. It is concluded that there is a weak management of the organizational environment at the institutional level, which has an impact on the poor initiation of the good management process of the Health services.
