The present study aims to show that there is a problem of care for people with a visual disability in relation to access to justice with facilities that are not adequate and the lack of training of staff to better care for people who come seeking justice. The research focuses on a field design, through surveys with a sample of people with visual disabilities, lawyers, judicial officials and relatives of the aforementioned people. The work revealed the lack of training for personnel that people with visual disabilities have adequate access to justice.
