According to different bibliographical consultations, the authors agree that criminal dosimetry is nothing more than the application of the principle of proportionality to penalties. This research aims to provide a tool to better understand the problem of criminal dosimetry for various prison sentences for one person in the Canton of Santo Domingo from a conceptual and legal point of view. The same part of a documentary study from the qualitative perspective with the objective of elaborating a conceptual mapping and network analysis as tools to understand the legal anomie in the face of the legal problem of persons deprived of liberty with more than one sentence from different Jurisdictional Bodies. To this end, various methods of analysis were used, such as conceptual mapping, legal analysis, network diagram to determine the elements and characteristics of criminal dosimetry, case studies and comparative law. The results obtained provide empirical evidence that there is a need to include in Ecuador's Comprehensive Organic Penal Code a procedure that empowers judges of Prison Guarantees for the unification of sentences issued by court and criminal guarantee judges.
