El virus Sars-Cov-2 causó la enfermedad Covid-19 a finales del 2020. En el comienzo de este siglo esta ha sido una de las noticias que más ha afectado a la humanidad, desde un punto de vista social y psicológico, por la pérdida material y de vidas que ha ocasionado, además de sus efectos colaterales. Para contrarrestar estos impactos se activan el conocimiento, diversos campos de la actividad humana y se agregan y crean nuevas estrategias de mitigación. Una de las áreas que más ha contribuido durante el período de cuarentena es la cultura deportiva, el deporte y especialmente los métodos de enseñanza del mismo. El propósito de este trabajo es sistematizar un conjunto de elementos científicos relacionados con las actividades deportivas en la era Covid-19, con enfoque en el uso de ambientes en línea y tecnologías. Se pretende analizar las principales posiciones del autor con el fin de obtener estándares sobre el potencial de la educación física virtual para enfrentar el impacto de la enfermedad. Junto a este proceso por etapas se sumarán un conjunto de sugerencias para mejorar el trabajo de los docentes de educación física a través de entornos virtuales y tecnologías.

The Sars-Cov-2 virus caused the Covid-19 disease at the end of 2020. At the beginning of this century this has been one of the news that has most affected humanity, from a social and psychological point of view, due to the material and life loss that it has caused, in addition to its collateral effects. To counteract these impacts, knowledge, various fields of human activity are activated and new mitigation strategies are added and created. One of the areas that has contributed the most during the quarantine period is sports culture, sports and especially its teaching methods. The purpose of this work is to systematize a set of scientific elements related to sports activities in the Covid-19 era, with a focus on the use of online environments and technologies. It is intended to analyze the main positions of the author in order to obtain standards on the potential of virtual physical education to face the impact of the disease. Along with this process in stages, a set of suggestions will be added to improve the work of physical education teachers through virtual environments and technologies.
