La formación de valores ha sido una constante preocupación de la humanidad en el transcurso de la historia a través de diferentes posiciones teóricas y en la actualidad se ha convertido en un dilema de vital importancia para la educación de las nuevas generaciones, manifestándose en una crisis de valores en algunas esferas de la sociedad. La investigación tuvo como objetivo, desarrollar estrategias educativas para fortalecer el sistema de valores vinculados a la moral, expresados en los intereses y motivaciones de los estudiantes universitarios que cursan las carreras Contabilidad Auditoría y Administración de Empresas a través de las asignaturas recibidas y su vínculo con la realidad social, en la universidad Uniandes extensión Puyo, ofreciendo desde su aprendizaje fuentes axiológicas como son, la amistad, la ética moral, la generosidad, la solidaridad, la honestidad, la responsabilidad, el respeto, la tolerancia y la cooperación. El estudio se desarrolló en base tipo descriptivo, utilizando los métodos, técnicas e instrumentos, análisis documental, entrevista, encuesta y observación directa. En conclusión, la propuesta, contribuyó a fortalecer la formación integral y de valores de los estudiantes.

The formation of values has been a constant concern of humanity in the course of history through different theoretical positions and nowadays it has become a dilemma of vital importance for the education of the new generations, manifesting itself in a crisis of values in some spheres of society. The objective of the research was to develop educational strategies to strengthen the value systems linked to morality, expressed in the interests and motivations of university students pursuing the Accounting Audit and Business Administration careers through the subjects received and their link with the social reality, in UNIANDES Puyo extension, offering from its learning axiological sources such as friendship, moral ethics, generosity, solidarity, honesty, responsibility, respect, tolerance and cooperation. The study was developed on a descriptive basis, using methods, techniques and instruments, documentary analysis, interview, survey, and direct observation. In conclusion the proposal, contributed to strengthen the integral formation and values of the students.
