Both the competency-based pedagogical model and the integrative project, defined as instruments of the teaching activity developed by the State Technical University of Quevedo, assume theoretical assumptions that support their application or execution, as well as the methodology for their development, evaluation and control. However, the integrating project does not have an implementation strategy that ensures the improvement of the training process for students in such a way that it fulfills the social mandate of the quevedeña University. The article presents the theoretical foundation, structure and components of a didactic strategy to be developed from the cycle and / or career, which supports the preparation of the teacher for the implementation of the integrative project at the State Technical University of Quevedo; favoring the development of the teaching-learning process that guarantees the training of future professionals in this Ecuadorian university, with a transforming vision of society.
