Higher Education places the student at the center of the teaching-learning process. In this horizon, the Information and Communication Technologies play a key role, offering new contexts and possibilities for the development of these competences. It is of great importance to identify deficiencies and problems regarding the use of Information and Communication Technologies and to analyze alternative solutions to train military officers according to society's demands. The research has as its objective: to determine the degree of relationship between the use of Information and Communication Technologies with the learning of the communication area in the cadets of the aspirant company of the Military School of Chorrillos "Colonel Francisco Bolognesi". The research corresponds to a descriptive model - correlational, not experimental - of cross-sectional, quantitative. In its development, there are carried out: tests of statistical reliability of the developed instruments; descriptive statistic for the analysis of the implied variables; inferential statisTIC for the correlation of variables with the statistic "Rho de Spearman"; distribution of frequencies through tables and figures. From the results it is concluded that both the variable "Information and Communication Technologies" and "Learning in the Communication Area" are perceived above all as Good; as well as their respective dimensions; this is closely linked to the statistically significant association existing between the variables defined in each of the hypotheses put forward; and the correlation existing between them is positive.
