Abstract

The research presented in its initial development, stops in the process of patriotic education that from the substantive university processes, tax the patriotic education of students of the Bachelor of Primary Education in correspondence with the training objectives of the Professional Model in function of solving professional problems as situations inherent to the object of the profession directly linked to education for citizen life and responds to the requirements of the III Improvement of the National Education System; Therefore, it is important that Cuban university education be projected from teacher training to respond to the reality of the globalized context, characterized by imperialist aggressiveness and the dominance of information and communications technologies, with evident claims of cultural homogenization to erase all vestiges of national identity and the most sacred symbols of Cubanness, it needs to educate the new generations for participation based on the construction of the prosperous and sustainable socialism that we have proposed; Therefore, an initial exploratory study and the theoretical and methodological references that made it possible to determine the theoretical basis of the research are presented as a partial result.
