Public companies in times of optimization of resources of the state apparatus, sacrifice one of their most important resources such as human capital, separating employees from their jobs, who take with them the knowledge acquired during the time of work that provided services to the institution and in turn the money invested by the organization in training; This fact causes personnel from the same or other areas to be rotated to assume these activities, without having an induction of preparation or being distributed equally to the other members of the team or department, thus creating acts of resilience that turn the work environment hostile and develop pictures of work stress in the employee, due to the overload of activities to be executed. The main objective of this research work is to analyze the relationship between staff turnover and organizational climate in the Strategic Public Company National Electricity Corporation - Milagro Business Unit. A descriptive-correlational quantitative approach research was chosen. An online questionnaire with Likert scales was used to obtain the data. The results obtained show that there is a direct incidence of staff turnover on the organizational climate. In conclusion, this research has shown a considerable positive correlation between both variables.
