Starting the research with a qualitative - quantitative, exploratory, non-experimental design, with an analytical - synthetic, logical historical, structural systemic method. The 37 teachers of the university were involved, the data collection techniques and instruments were applied for the desired information, obtaining desired results in research to design, formulate and reorient a program of digital academic competencies in university teachers.
