AVELLANEDA MONTENEGRO, Romel José. An apology for the use of the minificciones in the development of the reading process of the students of secondary educationand avanced. Conrado [online]. 2021, vol.17, n.82, pp. 438-442. Epub 02-Oct-2021. ISSN 1990-8644.
In these last two decades, the micro-story has been gaining ground in some Latin American countries, having been used as a pedagogical resource in higher education. Faced with the scarce reading habit and the poor reading comprehension of our students, the minifiction stands as an important didactic alternative to develop the reading process, especially inference, criticality and creativity. In this time of great turmoil in which fragmentation is required due to the speed at which man moves and the amount of information that he produces, minifictions are instituted as an important material to train skilled readers, capable of transcoding a text and catch its meaning.
