The creation of companies represents a decision-making problem faced by students in the administration area. Deciding from the feasibility of the proposal, the creation of a company represents a problem where a set of criteria or indicators intervene for its decision. Problems of this nature have been addressed by the scientific literature using multi-criteria techniques. This research describes a solution to the problem raised from the development of a method that uses a multicriteria approach in its processing through Delphi for decision-making on the creation of companies. The proposal was implemented as an object of study for decision-making in the creation of a company in the tourism sector in the city of Riobamba.
